1. Gambaran Keseluruhan Perkhidmatan

X-Sun.net provides tools and automation services for online store management, including integrations with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, and Lazada through official APIs. These services include message automation, product management, and data handling utilities.

2. Kebebasan Platform

X-Sun.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Shopee, Meta Inc. (WhatsApp), TikTok, Tokopedia, or Lazada. All integrations are built based on publicly available or officially granted API access in accordance with their terms.

3. Tanggungjawab Pengguna

Users are fully responsible for how they use X-Sun.net. This includes ensuring that their actions comply with the terms of any third-party platforms they integrate with. X-Sun.net will not be held responsible for any violations or resulting penalties due to improper usage.

4. Penggunaan Automasi AI

Features like Shopee Assistant and X-Sender AI are designed to support—not replace—human decision-making in online operations. All content and communications processed via these tools are under the user’s sole responsibility.

5. Pengumpulan Data & Privasi

Data collected through X-Sun.net is limited to what is authorized by the user and outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not access private or sensitive information beyond what’s needed to deliver services.

6. Pengekalan Data

Order data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Chat message logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days. After these periods, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Penggantungan & Penamatan

X-Sun.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if misuse, abuse, or violations of our terms or those of integrated platforms are detected.

8. Had Liabiliti

X-Sun.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including API changes, service interruptions, or third-party account actions against the user.

9. Kemas Kini Dasar

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Major updates will be communicated through email or user dashboard.

10. Undang-undang Pentadbiran

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction according to the legal domicile of X-Sun.net.
